Senior Project Manager
Jim is a Senior Project Manager whose responsibilities include management and
design of the site development aspects of municipal, commercial, industrial,
and park district projects. Jim’s 34 years of experience in the civil
engineering profession include field survey, construction staking, pavement
evaluation, roadway design, cost estimating, specification preparation, permit
processing, public hearing participation, fee estimating, and proposal preparation.
Jim earned an Associate in Applied Science degree in Architectural Technology
from Harper College and also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business
Administration from Lewis University. |
