Wills, P.E.
President
John Wills is responsible for company strategy, direction, and leadership. He is a recognized expert
when it comes to complex and difficult to permit engineering projects involving water resources and
the environment. His role also includes design consultation and review, supervision of senior staff,
and quality assurance. John's twenty-five years of professional experiences is broad-based and
includes: construction engineering on major expressway reconstruction, transportation-related design,
stormwater management, hydraulic and hydrologic studies, and a number of projects related to stream
restoration and wetland creation. His strengths lie in early identification of the critical path
needed to bring a project to completion. His strong communications skills are evidenced by both
published papers and venues in which he has spoken. John earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in
Civil Engineering from Bradley University and is a licensed professional engineer in the State of
Illinois. John is a member of the: American Concrete Institute, the American Public Works Association,
the American Society of Civil Engineers, The Conservation Foundation, and the DuPage River Coalition.
