Project Description
Lakewood Springs Subdivision encompasses approx. 625 acres in the City of Plano, Kendall County, IL. Lakewood Springs, developed by Lakewood Homes, Inc., is a residential subdivision with single family homes, duplex, and townhome units. When completed the subdivision will contain over 14 miles of roadways, 15 miles of sanitary sewer, 17 miles of water main, and will be home to over 6,000 residents. Infrastructure improvements for this development included construction of a new 750,000 gallon elevated water storage tank, two sanitary lift stations, and widening of U.S. Route 34 for left turn and right turn lanes with signalization.
